NEXCO EAST Tohoku Regional Head Office (Regional Head Office, Aoba-ku, Sendai-shi, Chief: Mikio Kashima) is a Tomiya that is currently under construction between Tohoku Expressway Izumi Interchange (IC) and Yamato IC. Junction (JCT) (tentative name) and Sanriku Expressway Sendai Kohoku IC-Rifu Shiogama IC and Sendai-Hokubu Road Rifu JCT-Rifu Shirakashidai IC are under construction to build the bridge of Rifu JCT currently under construction. Closed at night.
