Miyagi Prefectural Road Corporation
Tohoku Regional Head Office East Japan Expressway Co., Ltd. and Miyagi Prefectural Road Corporation have decided to suspend the sale and use of common coupon tickets as follows in order to consolidate counterfeit coupon tickets and discount measures into ETC. We apologize for any inconvenience and inconvenience caused to customers who are using the common coupon, but we appreciate your understanding.
In addition, along with this, we will accept refunds for unused common coupons, so we will inform you as well.
1 Roads that stop selling and using common coupons

2 Refund of unused common coupons
(1) Priority reception period

- Refunds will be made after July 1, 2007, but please cooperate with the refund within the above period.
- Before and after the suspension of use, it may take some time because the reception desk may be crowded due to the concentration of refunds, so please cooperate.

(3) Refund method
For each refund
- In case of less than 50,000 yen, we will refund cash on the spot. If you wish, you can also transfer to a bank later.
- 5万円以上の場合は、銀行振込のみとさせていただきます（現金による払戻しは取り扱っておりません）。
注1:料金所ブースでは受付いたしません。お手数をお掛けいたしますが料金所事務室までお越し下さい。
注2:大量（冊から切り離した状態の場合は100枚以上、冊から切り離していない状態の場合は10冊以上）の回数券をお持ちのお客様につきましては、受付窓口での手続きにお時間がかかることから、料金所事務室ではお受けすることができません。手続きにつきましては大変お手数ですが、東日本高速道路（株）東北支社顧客リレーションチーム（TEL 022-217-1770（直通））までお問合せ下さい。
(Notes on refund)
- Please bring your ID (driver's license, passport, etc.) with you when you refund.
- When requesting a bank transfer, please enter the bank name, branch name, account type, and account number.
Please check in advance.
Please note that it will take about one month to complete the transfer. - In case of refund, we will verify the authenticity of all coupons just in case. Please note that it may take some time for confirmation.
In addition, if you cannot make a decision on the spot, we may ask you to store your item once. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
- If you would like to apply, please contact the Tohoku Expressway Tohoku Regional Head Office Customer Relations Team or the Miyagi Prefectural Road Public Corporation Business Administration Section.
- It is not possible to switch to ETC.
3 Refund amount calculation method
The refund amount will be calculated by the following formula for each common coupon ticket type.

4 Other
From October 1, 2006, ETC mileage service will be introduced on Sendai-Nanbu Road and Sanriku Expressway (Sendai Matsushima Road) under the jurisdiction of Miyagi Prefectural Road Corporation.
ETC mileage service has been introduced on April 1, 2005 on Sendai-Tobu Road, Sendai-Hokubu Road and Sanriku Expressway (Senen Road, Yamoto Ishinomaki Road) under the jurisdiction of Tohoku Regional Head Office East Japan Expressway Co., Ltd.
