NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) would like to inform you about the following ceremony.
1. Deployment of snowplows, etc.
Before the start of snow and ice countermeasure work, a ceremony will be held to pray for traffic safety on Expressway in winter and for the safety of the snow and ice countermeasure work. The snow and ice countermeasure period is as shown in Appendix 1 [PDF: 178KB].

2. Excellent technician award
The purpose of this award is to contribute to increasing the motivation of technicians engaged in the relevant work. He is an excellent technician who has been engaged in snow and ice countermeasure work for over 10 years, has no accidents and has demonstrated ability and leadership that is a role model for others, and who is also actively involved in training junior staff, improving business operations, and making proposals. We select and award outstanding technicians from among those who have made outstanding achievements.

- Only the Niigata Management Office will have different dates, times and locations for the Snow and Ice Dispatch Ceremony and the Outstanding Skilled Worker Award Ceremony.
