- Tainai Smart IC opens at 15:00 on the same day.

In front of the ETC gate at the Nihonkai-Tohoku Expressway Tainai Smart IC (Niigata direction) entrance (see Attachment 1 [PDF: 446KB])

Five customers who have been selected in advance will be presented with a “first pass” certificate and a commemorative gift. (The order of cars 1 to 5 will be determined by lottery on the day.)
