NEXCO EAST Misato Management Office (Misato City, Saitama Prefecture) will be closing ramps at interchanges (hereinafter referred to as "ICs") and junctions (hereinafter referred to as "JCTs") on the C3 Gaikan Expressway (hereinafter referred to as the "Outer Ring Expressway") to carry out expansion joint replacement work and pavement repair work.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we ask for your understanding and cooperation in allowing yourself plenty of time when heading out.

- The C3 designation on each route indicates the route number (numbering) of Expressway, etc.
- In the event of bad weather, the event will be postponed to the backup day.
Please refer to the attached document [PDF: 698KB] for information on backup dates and detours in case of postponement. - The decision to carry out construction will be announced on X (formerly Twitter) etc. around 5:00 pm on the day of construction.
2. Construction overview
Due to damage to the expansion joints and road surfaces at the ramps of each interchange and junction on the Outer Ring Road, we will be replacing the expansion joints and repairing the pavement.
Since construction work cannot be carried out under normal lane restrictions, it is necessary to close the ramps to carry out the work. Therefore, in order to minimize inconvenience to customers, we will close the ramps at night on weekdays when traffic volume is low, and carry out the work in a concentrated and efficient manner. This work is necessary to ensure that customers can use Expressway safely and comfortably, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
