　NEXCO東日本　東京外環工事事務所（東京都練馬区）では、東京外かく環状道路の建設に伴い、C3東京外環自動車道（以下「外環道」）及びE17関越自動車道（以下「関越道」）の大泉インターチェンジ（以下「IC」）の入口で夜間閉鎖を実施します。
　この入口閉鎖により、一般道の迂回路では混雑する可能性がありますので、お出かけの際には、道路情報をご確認のうえ、お時間に余裕をもってご利用下さい。
　お客さまや沿道にお住まいの皆さまにはご迷惑をおかけしますが、ご理解とご協力をお願いします。

  • In stormy weather, it will be postponed to the spare day.

2. Detour

Please refer to the figure below for the detour.
The detour will take longer, so please leave plenty of time.

Customers using Expressway

  • Customers using the Outer Ring Road (Outer Loop) from the Oizumi IC entrance are asked to use Sasame-dori or Oizumigakuen-dori as indicated by the light blue arrows, and enter at Wako IC.
  • Customers using the Kanetsu Kan-Etsu Expressway (Out-bound line) direction from the Oizumi IC entrance, please use Kan-Etsu Expressway Nerima IC or Tokorozawa IC as indicated by the orange arrow.

<From Kitazono intersection to Wako IC>: Kitazono intersection ⇒ Oizumigakuen Street ⇒ Kawagoe Highway ⇒ Wako IC
Travel time: Approximately 20 minutes (15 minutes longer than when driving Expressway).

<From Tanihara intersection to Wako IC>: Tanihara intersection ⇒ Sasame Street ⇒ Kawagoe Highway ⇒ Wako IC
Travel time: Approximately 20 minutes (15 minutes longer than when driving Expressway).

<From Bikuni Intersection to Nerima IC>: Bikuni Intersection ⇒ Mejiro Street ⇒ Sasame Street ⇒ Kitahara Street ⇒ Nerima IC
Journey time: approx. 10 minutes

3. Construction overview

In conjunction with the construction of the Tokyo Outer Ring Road (Kanetsu-Toumei), construction work was carried out last year on the bridge that crosses over Mejiro-dori. In this construction, the scaffolding used for the bridge construction will be removed.
The scaffolding to be removed is located directly above the Oizumi IC entrance, so for safety reasons, the Oizumi IC entrance will be closed during the work. In order to minimize inconvenience to customers, the work will be carried out in a concentrated and efficient manner during the night on weekdays when traffic volume is low. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.

Four. How to obtain traffic information

(1) Guidance by distribution / posting

  • We will post posters and leaflets at toll booths and rest facilities in the surrounding area.
  • Banners will be displayed on pedestrian bridges and other locations on public roads.

(2) Road traffic information that can be obtained before going out

  • Highway radio (AM1620kHz)
    The highway radio section is indicated by signs on the Expressway.
  • Highway Information Terminal
    We will inform you of road information in an easy-to-understand manner by the monitor screens installed in SA / PA.
  • VICS
    You can get road traffic information with VICS-compatible car navigation and other on-board devices.
  • Information is also distributed on official X (formerly Twitter) and LINE accounts.
