NEXCO EAST Kanto Regional Head Office (Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture) has compiled a report on the benefits of the construction of the E14 Futtsu-Tateyama Road will mark its 20th anniversary since its opening on May 29 2024.
In order to let customers who use Expressway on a daily basis, as well as residents in the local areas, know about the progress of Futtsu-Tateyama Road from its construction to the present and its effects, we will be holding an event and campaign to inform them of the compiled effects of the construction and to convey our gratitude, so please come and participate.

Panels will be displayed in each local government office along the route to introduce the history of Futtsu-Tateyama Road and the effects of its construction.

(2) Launch of special website
A special website commemorating the 20th anniversary of the opening of Futtsu-Tateyama Road will be open from Wednesday, May 15 until the end of July. The website will introduce the 20-year history of Futtsu-Tateyama Road and the effects of its construction, as well as run a campaign where you can win prizes.
(3) 20th Anniversary Campaign: Win Chiba Prefecture Specialties in Two Ways
On the special website, a campaign will be held in which 40 people will be selected by lottery to win a "Chiba Prefecture specialty product assortment (worth 3,000 yen)". Please check the special website for details such as how to apply.

(4) 20th Anniversary Event
To show our appreciation to the local community, we will be holding a 20th anniversary event. There will be PR booths from local governments along the line, opportunities to meet local mascots, an exhibition of road patrol cars, and lots of other fun events. Please come along and join us.

- The roadside station and the "Highway Oasis Furari" on Futtsu-Tateyama Road are integrated, and can be accessed from both the general road and the toll road.
2. About the logo mark commemorating the 20th anniversary of the opening of Futtsu-Tateyama Road
We created a commemorative logo for the 20th anniversary of the opening, inspired by the beautiful and pleasant sea of Uchibo, including Mount Nokogiri and Nihon-ji Temple, which stand to the south of the Futtsu Kanaya IC on Futtsu-Tateyama Road.
This will be used in future for various public relations materials such as a special website and posters.
