NEXCO EAST Ichihara Management Office (Ichihara City, Chiba Prefecture) will close the junction (hereinafter referred to as "JCT") and interchange (hereinafter referred to as "IC") ramps in order to conduct an excavation survey.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation so that you have plenty of time to spare when you go out.

We will conduct an excavation survey of pavement at Chiba Higashi JCT. Since the construction site will be where the ramps meet, construction cannot be carried out under normal lane regulations, so it will be necessary to close either the Chiba Higashi IC or Chiba Higashi JCT ramp to carry out the work. In addition, when Chiba Higashi JCT is closed, Matsugaoka IC will also be closed in order to implement lane restrictions from before Matsugaoka IC as a safety measure. Therefore, in order to minimize the inconvenience to customers, we will close the ramps on weekday nights when traffic is light, and work will be carried out more intensively and efficiently. This work is necessary to ensure safe and comfortable use Expressway, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.

(1) Guidance by distribution / posting

• Notice signs, posters and leaflets will be posted at toll booths and rest facilities nearby.
• A banner will be posted on the overpass on the Expressway.
