NEXCO EAST　Misato The Management Office (Misato city, Saitama Prefecture) will be closing the ramp at the interchange ("IC") due to the replacement of the telescopic device at C3 Gaikan Expressway (hereinafter referred to as "Gaikan Road").
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers and ask for your understanding and cooperation in allowing extra time for your trip.

1. Closed location and date and time

• ​The C3 mark attached to the route indicates the Expressway route number.

• In stormy weather, it will be postponed to the spare day.
• The decision to carry out construction will be announced on X (formerly Twitter) etc. around 5:00 pm on the day of construction.
• If the ramp construction is postponed due to inclement weather, construction will be carried out on a reserve date after December 1st (Friday).
  The construction implementation order on the reserve date will be ①⇒②⇒⇒③.

2. Construction overview

Since the telescopic device has been damaged at the Wako North IC, Toda Higashi IC, and Kawaguchi Nishi IC lamps of the Gaikan Expressway, we will replace the telescopic device.
The section where this work is carried out is one lane, and since it is not possible to carry out construction with normal lane regulations, it is necessary to close the ramp and work.
Therefore, in order to cause as little inconvenience to customers as possible, we will close the lamps on weeknights when there is little traffic and carry out construction intensively and efficiently. This construction is necessary for safe and comfortable use of the Expressway, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.

3. How to obtain traffic information
