NEXCO EAST Keihin Management Office (Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture) has closed the E83 Yokohama-Shindo Road In-bound Line Kamiyabe Interchange (hereinafter referred to as "IC") entrance ramp at night to prevent wrong-way driving. Masu.

1. 1. Closing location and date and time

2. Detour
To detour, please use the Kawakami IC entrance as shown in the diagram below.
If you take a detour via Prefectural Route 401, National Route 1, Loop Route 2, Prefectural Route 218, Kamiyabe Route 175, and Naze Route 46 as indicated by the
blue arrow, it is expected to take approximately 16 minutes (usually approximately 3 minutes).
3. Construction overview
Work to prevent wrong-way driving on Expressway (color paving, road markings) will be carried out at the entrance ramp of In-bound IC on the Yokohama-Shindo Road Inbound Line.
The section where this work will be carried out has one lane, and since the work cannot be carried out under normal lane regulations, it is necessary to close the ramp. To minimize inconvenience to customers, ramps will be closed on weekday nights when traffic is light, and construction will be carried out intensively and efficiently.
This work is necessary to ensure safe and comfortable use Expressway, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
