　NEXCO東日本　加須管理事務所（埼玉県加須市）では、E4東北自動車道（以下「東北道」）上下線　岩槻（いわつき）インターチェンジ（以下「IC」）から久喜ICにかけて、既存の跨高速道路橋の撤去および新設橋りょうの架設を行うため、夜間通行止めを実施します。
　お客さまには大変ご迷惑をおかけしますが、お出かけの際には時間にゆとりを持っていただきますよう、ご理解とご協力をお願いします。

1. Closed section and date and time

  1. Closed section:
    Tohoku Expressway Line Iwatsuki IC - Kuki IC

    • From Ken-O Road outer loop (for Tsurugashima) to Tohoku Expressway Out-bound line (for Utsunomiya) and
      It is possible to pass from Ken-O Road Inner Loop (for Tsukuba) to Tohoku Expressway Out-bound Line (for Utsunomiya).
    • It is possible to go straight on Ken-O Road.
  2. Date and time
    Implementation date:
    Tuesday, October 3, 5th year of Reiwa
    21:00 pm-5 pm the next morning
    Preparation day:
    October 4th (Wednesday), October 5th (Thursday), 5th year of Reiwa
    21:00 pm-5 pm the next morning
    • 蓮田サービスエリア（SA）・スマートインターチェンジ（SIC）（上下線）については、通行止め開始1時間前の20時から閉鎖いたします。

    • In stormy weather, it will be postponed to the spare day.
    • Construction decision will be announced on Twitter, etc. around 17:00 in the evening.

2. Detour

　迂回路にあたっては、別紙-1【PDF：205KB】をご参照ください。
　迂回により所要時間が長くなりますので、時間にゆとりをもってお出かけください。

3. Regarding transit adjustments due to suspension of traffic

　通行止めにより高速道路をいったん流出し、通行止め区間を迂回して、再流入して順方向に乗り継がれるお客さまには、ご利用区間に応じて通行料金を調整する「乗継調整」を実施します。（別紙-2【PDF：447KB】参照）

How to use transit adjustment

ETC customers

  • Customers using ETC are requested to run the outflow designated IC wirelessly and the re-inflow designated IC wirelessly. (No transit certificate will be issued for ETC vehicles)
  • ETC time zone discount will be applied, considering the transited journey as one.
    Toll charges are adjusted at the time of billing, so they may differ from those displayed at the toll gate.
  • Insert the same ETC card for all journeys and pass through the ETC lane at the tollgate.

Customers such as cash

  • Customers who pay by cash, etc. should receive the "passage certificate" at the outflow designated IC, and then get the "passport" at the re-inflow designated IC, and then make the "transfer" at the toll booth that pays the fare first. Please give us your "certificate" and "passport".

Common to ETC and cash customers

  • If the road closure is lifted after flowing out from the outflow designated IC, the toll will be adjusted even if it is reinflowed from the IC (including the outflow designated IC) in the closed section in the forward direction.

Four. Construction overview

  1. 一般国道122号蓮田岩槻バイパス道路新設改良事業に伴い、跨高速道路橋である前原橋を撤去する工事を実施します。橋りょうの撤去作業は東北道の本線上で特殊多軸台車を利用して行うため、通行止めを実施する必要があります。お客さまへ極力ご迷惑をおかけしないよう、交通量が少ない平日の夜間に通行止めを行います。ご理解とご協力をお願いします。

  2. 都市計画道路白岡宮代線の整備に伴い、東北道を横断する橋りょうを架設する工事を実施します。
    橋りょうの架設工事は東北道本線上部でクレーンを利用し行うため、通行止めを実施する必要があります。お客さまへ極力ご迷惑をおかけしないよう、交通量が少ない平日の夜間に通行止めを行います。ご理解とご協力をお願いします。

  • Notice signs, posters and leaflets will be posted at toll booths and rest facilities nearby.

    The highway radio section is indicated by signs on the Expressway.
  • Highway Information Terminal
    We will inform you of road information in an easy-to-understand manner by the monitor screens installed in SA / PA.

    You can get road traffic information with VICS-compatible car navigation and other on-board devices.
