3. Transfer adjustment due to suspension of traffic
For passengers who temporarily flow out of the Expressway due to suspension of traffic, bypass the suspension of traffic, re-enter, and transfer in the forward direction, we carry out "transit adjustment" to adjust the toll according to the segment used. I will.
Transfer designated IC
Closed place | Outflow designation IC | Re-inflow designated IC |
---|---|---|
Fujioka IC ⇒ Fujioka JCT Joshinetsu road (In-bound line) ⇒ Kan-Etsu Expressway (In-bound line) |
[Joshinetsu Road] Fujioka IC, Yoshii IC |
[Kan-Etsu Expressway] Kamisato SIC *1 , Honjo Kodama IC Hanazono IC, Arashiyama Ogawa IC |
Fujioka IC ⇒ Fujioka JCT Joshinetsu Expressway (In-bound line) ⇒ Kan-Etsu Expressway (Out-bound line), North Kanto Expressway (to the east) |

How to use transit adjustment
<< ETC customers >>- Customers using ETC are requested to run the outflow designated IC wirelessly and the re-inflow designated IC wirelessly. (No transit certificate will be issued for ETC vehicles)
- ETC time zone discount will be applied, considering the transited journey as one.
Toll charges are adjusted at the time of billing, so they may differ from those displayed at the toll gate. - Insert the same ETC card for all journeys and pass through the ETC lane at the tollgate.
<< Customers for cash, etc. >>
- Customers who pay by cash, etc. should receive the "passage certificate" at the outflow designated IC, and then get the "passport" at the re-inflow designated IC, and then make the "transfer" at the toll booth that pays the fare first. Please give us your "certificate" and "passport".
4. Construction overview
On the Joshinetsu Expressway, pavement repair work will be carried out as pavement deterioration is progressing. Since it is not possible to carry out work under normal lane regulations when performing construction, it is necessary to work with roads closed.
To avoid inconvenience to our customers as much as possible, we will carry out construction work intensively and efficiently by closing roads during the nights on weekdays when traffic is light. This work is necessary to use Expressway safely and comfortably. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
5. How to get traffic information
