3 Business overview

Congestion occurs near the Hanazono IC on the Out-bound line of the Kan-Etsu Expressway early morning to afternoon in the busy season. This is mainly due to loose In-bound and that by the overall speed reduction due to the fact that a slope, loose In-bound because there is a flower garden IC exit portion that is a gradient, first by diversion wheel to the IC This is because the speed of the driving lane is further reduced and the flow of cars is disturbed.
