3 Business overview
Congestion occurs near the Hanazono IC on the Out-bound line of the Kan-Etsu Expressway early morning to afternoon in the busy season. This is mainly due to loose In-bound and that by the overall speed reduction due to the fact that a slope, loose In-bound because there is a flower garden IC exit portion that is a gradient, first by diversion wheel to the IC This is because the speed of the driving lane is further reduced and the flow of cars is disturbed. For this reason, we have formulated a plan to extend the exit lane to mitigate the reduction in speed and proceed with the construction. This time, the extension work for the Hanazono IC exit lane has been completed, and we will start operation this time.
