NEXCO EAST Ichihara Administration Office (Ichihara City, Chiba Prefecture) E14 Keiyo Road Chiba Higashi Junction (JCT) E82 We will be closing at night for pavement repair work at the ramp from the Chiba-Togane Road In-bound line to the Keiyo Road Out-bound line (direction Matsugaoka interchange (IC)).
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation so that you may have some time when you go out.
1 Night closures and dates
(1) Night closure
Keiyo Road Chiba Higashi JCT Ramp from Chiba-Togane Road In-bound Line to Keiyo Road Out-bound Line (for Matsugaoka IC)
(2) Closing date
June 5 (Mon) - 9 (Fri), 2017 from 21:00 to 5:00 the next morning
We will carry out 8 hours of night closure per day for 5 nights.
(Preliminary day: June 12 (Monday) - June 16 (Friday) 21:00 each day - 5:00 the next morning)
- In case of stormy weather, the planned closure on that day will be canceled and postponed from the next day.
It will be postponed for the number of days it was canceled. (We will not postpone after June 16). - Judgment of construction will be made around 16:00 on the day of construction.

It usually takes about 3 minutes from Chiba Higashi IC to Matsugaoka IC, but if you make a detour, it will take about 10 minutes (about 7 minutes increase), so please take time to go out.
3 Construction overview
Keiyo Road Chiba Higashi JCT Chiba-Togane Road In-bound Line to Keiyo Road Out-bound Line (toward Matsugaoka IC) is a one-lane section, so it will be closed at night to repair damaged pavements.
In order to minimize the impact on customers, we will carry out the work intensively and efficiently by closing it on weekdays at night when traffic is light.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation so that customers can use the Expressway safely and comfortably.

5 Regarding connection adjustment due to closure

How to use transit adjustment
<ETC customers>
- Please use the same ETC card for the entire process of the toll gate that once leaks, the toll gate when transferring, and the final toll gate after transferring, and please use ETC wireless communication at both the entrance and exit.
(No transit certificate will be issued for ETC vehicles) - ETC time zone discount will be applied, considering the transited journey as one.
