Due to the impact of the disaster, a one-lane regulation was being implemented between the Saku IC and Usui Karuizawa IC on the Joshin-Etsu Expressway (In-bound line). (Fri) We will release the lane control at 11 o'clock, and we will let you go as usual with 2 lanes.
In-bound One-lane regulation has caused great inconvenience and inconvenience to customers, but we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
