Joshin-Etsu Expressway Saku Interchange (IC) to Usui Karuizawa IC In-bound line (toward Tokyo) is currently restricted in some lanes (left lane) due to disaster. I will.

Within the regulated section, speed control of 50km/h is implemented for traffic operation with one lane. Thank you for your cooperation in driving safely.

Also, during the Golden Week period (Friday, April 25-May 6, 2014), traffic congestion is expected to occur at a maximum of about 15km, so before departure, Please check the traffic congestion forecast before going out. When there is a traffic jam, check the information displayed on the information board, keep a sufficient distance between you and the vehicle in front of you, and drive with caution in case of a rear-end collision.
