NEXCO EAST Tokorozawa management office (Tokorozawa, Saitama Prefecture) is, Sakado and advances have been Kan-Etsu Expressway (Kan-Etsu Expressway (to Sakado)) Sakado west smart interchange (IC) is August 25, May 25 years (Sun) In commemoration of the opening, we will hold the opening ceremony for Sakado Nishi Smart IC. Please apply in advance using the "Application method" below. Five customers each coming from Sakado Nishi Smart IC and heading for Tokyo or Niigata "Passing certificate" and "Souvenir" will be presented to. (The customer with the first reception will be the "first ride" by area.)
4 How to apply for customers who want to participate in the opening ceremony
Please follow the procedure below to apply in advance.

Please come to the reception desk directly during the reception period. Numbered tickets will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis. You cannot apply by phone.
The Sakado Nishi Smart IC is exclusively for ETC, so the vehicle of the customer applying for it must be able to use ETC.
