NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Atsubetsu-ku, Sapporo) and Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) have extended the sale of the "HOKKAIDO LOVE! Michitoku Free Pass x Sunflower Transfer Plan" (hereinafter referred to as "the Plan"), a flat-rate unlimited Expressway plan for users of the Tokyo metropolitan area to Hokkaido routes, until September 30, 2025 due to popular demand.
This plan is a Expressway pass for customers using the Tokyo metropolitan area-Hokkaido route, offering unlimited use of Expressway for a fixed price. Prices have been revised for use from October 1st, and while the regular "HOKKAIDO LOVE! Road-Toku Free Pass (A Period) *" costs 10,700 yen for four days for a standard car, this plan costs 7,700 yen, and while light vehicles (including two-wheelers) cost 8,100 yen for four days, this plan costs 6,200 yen, making it a very good deal.

"Scenic Byway" is a combination of the adjective Scenic of landscape and scene, and Byway that means side road and twist road.

NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office is a collaborative project between Hokkaido and the Hokkaido Tourism Promotion Organization with the aim of supporting the tourism industry in various parts of Hokkaido that was hit by the Large of the new coronavirus infection and recovering tourism demand.
