NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Atsubetsu-ku, Sapporo City) will continue to sell the ETC car limited Dora-wari "Hokkaido Sightseeing Flip Pass", which allows you to get on Expressway Hokkaido at a fixed price.
The use start date has been moved about 3 weeks earlier than last year, with the "loose plan" starting on April 2 (Tue) and the "weekend plan" starting on April 5 (Fri).
Also available during Golden Week and Obon. Please use "Hokkaido Sightseeing Fly Path" when you go to all parts of Hokkaido.
1 Sales plan

From April 5th (Friday) to November 5th (Tuesday), 2019, you can get on and off the Expressway for up to 3 days including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (Details: Attachment [PDF: 58KB]).

From April 2nd (Tuesday) to November 5th (Tuesday), 2019, you can get on and off the Expressway freely for 4 to 6 days regardless of weekdays or holidays.

Only for passengers traveling from Honshu to Hokkaido by car, you can get on and off the Expressway for a long period of 7 to 14 days. Details such as the period of use will be announced at a later date.

4 Notes on use
- Dorawari is a discount plan limited to "regular cars" and "light cars" that use ETC.
- Please apply from the NEXCO EAST information site "DraPla" before using the Expressway.
- We will inform you about the usage period, usage conditions, application method, etc. of the "Ferry Limited Plan" at a later date.
- If you use the ETC card registered during the application period on the Hokkaido Expressway, you will be billed for the Dorawari rate you applied for, regardless of the Expressway charges during the period.
"Dorawari " means the discount of ETC fee reserved in advance by NEXCO EAST Co., Ltd., driving information such as otaku information in the service area · parking area, point service of the official card "E-NEXCO pass", etc. It is a generic term for services to have "drive travel" enjoyed by "cheap" in various scenes.
