NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Atsubetsu Ward, Sapporo City) will close the smart interchange (IC) along with the ETC system renewal work so that customers can use the Expressway safely, safely and comfortably.
In order to minimize the impact on traffic, we will be closed continuously during the day and night during the light winter season.
