NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Sapporo City Atsubetsu-ku) welcomes Kenjiro Shinozuka, who won the first Japanese overall victory in Paris-Dakar Rally, as an instructor, and teaches driving schools to teach driving skills on snowy roads at Tokachi Speed. It will be held at Way (Karasai-gun Sarabetsu Village).
Mr. Shinozuka gave a lecture on snowy road experiences, points for safe driving on snowy roads, and emergency response methods.At the special snow course, Mr. Shinozuka and other professional drivers will ride on the snow. You will experience practical training on snow such as sudden start, sudden braking, sharp curve experience on the road surface.
Through this course, we plan to improve driving skills on snowy roads and to realize the importance of safe driving.
In addition to Mr. Shinozuka, we will welcome Mr. Katsumi Muraoka and Mr. Kuniyoshi Kauchi, professional drivers from Tokachi, as instructors. Participation fee is free. We are looking forward to your application.

2 Contents
- Snow Road Safe Driving Lecture Kenjiro Shinozuka will give a fun lecture on secret techniques that can be used from today, such as snow road experience stories, points of safe driving on snow roads, and emergency response methods.
- You will actually drive the special course provided at the circuit area for the snowy road practical driving seminar. This is a riding lesson with professional drivers Kenjiro Shinozuka, Katsumi Muraoka and Kuniyoshi Kauchi.
