NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) is selling "Dorawari," a special discount program in collaboration with local areas to stimulate tourism demand.
This year, Dorawari's "Winter Pass 2025" (hereinafter "this product"), which offers discounts on Expressway tolls exclusively to vehicles with ETC devices, will go on sale from 2 p.m. today, Wednesday, October 30th (applicable to standard cars, light cars, etc.).
This product offers discounts on Expressway tolls to destinations ideal for skiing and snowboarding trips, and there are 19 "round trip plans" available, with departure and arrival areas in the Tokyo metropolitan area, Sendai, and Niigata.
In addition, the "Set Plan ^*," which offers great value and unlimited access when combined with this product and a "lodging or lift ticket," has been expanded to five new plans departing from Sendai, Niigata, and Mito, in addition to the plans departing from the Tokyo metropolitan area that were launched last year. (*For the set plan, a separate accommodation fee or lift ticket fee is required in addition to the Dorawari fee.)
We work with eligible ski resorts, accommodation facilities, hot spring facilities, tourist facilities, service areas, and parking areas in the area of your destination to provide special preferential treatments such as discounts and giveaways based on survey results.
In addition, if you apply for and use Dorawari on weekdays only, we are currently running a campaign in which you will receive an additional 15% of the Dorawari sales price in ETC mileage points, so please take advantage of this offer.

This plan is available only to those who purchase this product together with an accommodation or lift ticket, and allows unlimited use of Expressway from the departure/arrival area to the destination area for up to two consecutive days (up to three days for the Zao Plan only) for a fixed price.

(Note) The Zao Plan allows you to travel from the departure/arrival area to the destination area via either ① Yamagata Expressway (via Murata JCT) or ② Tohoku-Chuo Expressway (via Fukushima Junction Toll Gate/Yonezawa Kita Main Line Toll Gate). Available at the above sales price. However, in the case of ② via Tohoku-Chuo Expressway (via the Fukushima Junction Toll Gate/Yonezawa Kita Main Line Toll Gate), you will need to re-board Expressway during the round trip from the departure/arrival area to the destination area. 2. How to use

Set plan

[Set with accommodation]

1. Please apply for a set plan and accommodation in advance via the Internet (our travel website `` DraPla no Tabi'').
   • Applications will be accepted from 2 p.m. on Wednesday, October 30th.
2. Please use Expressway with the ETC card and vehicle type that you registered at the time of application.

[Set with ski resort lift ticket]

1. Please apply in advance via the Internet (our website "DraPla").
   • Applications are scheduled to be accepted from late November onwards.
2. Please use Expressway with the ETC card and vehicle type that you registered at the time of application.
3. Please present the "Set Plan Coupon" screen from your application completion email at the ski resort to purchase a lift ticket for the set plan.

Round trip plan

1. Please apply in advance via the Internet (our website "DraPla").
   • Applications will be accepted from 2 p.m. on Wednesday, October 30th.
2. Please use the ETC card you registered at the time of application and the model of vehicle as follows.
   

   Please use in the order of ①⇒②.

   ① Outbound: Take from the IC in the departure / arrival area and get off at the IC in the destination area
   ② Return trip: Take from the IC in the destination area and get off at the IC in the departure / arrival area.

   【please note】

   • ② Return trip ⇒ ① Outbound trip cannot be used in this order.
   • ① Applies if you get on and off at an IC within the area on both the outbound and return journeys.
   • Both (1) outbound and (2) inbound routes cannot be used outside the area. If you use the vehicle outside the area, a toll may be charged for all or part of the trip in addition to the fare for this plan.

   *If you are using the Zao Plan via Tohoku-Chuo Expressway (via Fukushima Junction Toll Gate or Yonezawa Kita Main Line Toll Gate), you must drive the following (1) to (4) consecutively on the outbound and return journeys. In addition, you must transfer (2) and (3) consecutively within 6 hours.
   Please note that this plan will not apply if you do not drive consecutively in the order of (1) through (4) on both the outbound and return journeys, or if you do not make the transfer between (2) and (3) consecutively within a 6-hour period.
