NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) decided at the board of directors meeting held today the candidates for officers to be proposed at the 6th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held on June 27, 2011 as follows.
Full-time Audit & Supervisory Board Members will be selected at the Audit & Supervisory Board held after the shareholders meeting.
