Chiba Hamauchi, a food researcher who develops and supervises the Dora Bento Premium, and Shinobu Kobayashi, a travel journalist who supervises the Dora Bento, examines and selects application recipes and selects from a total of 211 applications. We will commercialize the 7 works (3 items of "Dora bento", 4 items of "Dora bento premium") under the supervision of two people.
"Dora Bento" is a part of the "regional show window" that actively handles regional special products in the service area (SA) and parking area (PA), so you can easily enjoy using local ingredients. It is a lunch.
The "Dora Bento" to be commercialized this time will be sold on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from Saturday, December 18th to Sunday, February 27th, in limited areas and in limited quantities. All products can be purchased at Pasar Miyoshi on the Miyoshi Kan-Etsu Expressway Etsu PA (In-bound line).

We cooked "Imo-niru", a famous local dish of Yamagata prefecture, to make it a rice style.
