[E5] Notice of nighttime closure between Hokkaido Expressway / Iwamizawa IC and Mikasa IC (Out-bound / Asahikawa area) (Friday, December 11)

NEXCO East Japan Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Atsubetsu-ku, Sapporo City) will be on the E5 Do-O Expressway (E5 Hokkaido Expressway) on December 11, 2020 (Friday), when the Hokkaido Police will conduct a live observation of the traffic accident. We will close the road at night in the following sections of the Hokkaido Expressway.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Please use Route 12 as a detour while the road is closed.

When using the Hokkaido Expressway Out-bound line (toward Asahikawa), the road will temporarily flow out of the Iwamizawa IC due to traffic closure, and within 24 hours from the IC north of the IC to the same direction on the Hokkaido Expressway. In case of inflow, we will adjust the transfer so that the toll of Expressway will not be expensive.

(1) Customers using ETC

Please use the same ETC card and use ETC wireless driving for both the pre-spill and post-spill sections.

The charge before adjustment is displayed on the charge display and ETC usage inquiry service, but the charge after adjustment will be charged by the credit card company.

(2) Customers using cash or credit cards

Please request the issuance of a transfer certificate when paying the fee at the tollhouse of the leaked Iwamizawa IC.

After the inflow again, please give the transfer certificate to the staff at the tollhouse where you pay the fee first, along with the toll ticket.
