About free measure of Expressway disaster volunteer vehicle

Currently, we are implementing free measures for the following disaster volunteer vehicles on the Expressway.

1. Disasters associated with the 2020 Noto Peninsula Earthquake (Niigata Prefecture)

Depending on the disaster volunteer center, the scope of recruitment may be limited or advance registration may be required.
For the latest reception status, please check the reception status in the "Disaster Volunteer Vehicle Expressway Passage Certificate Issuance System".

In order to be eligible for the free measures for disaster volunteer vehicles, please access the "Disaster Volunteer Vehicle Expressway Certificate Issuing System (hereinafter referred to as" system ")" from the link below and enter the necessary information. In addition, please print out and bring the "Disaster Volunteer Vehicle Expressway Traffic Certificate" issued by the system. By submitting the certificate to the tollhouse staff, free measures will be applied to disaster volunteer vehicles.
From July 2021, the procedure has been changed to issue a certificate by the system. For details, please refer to Procedures (Changes) for Expressway Measures for Disaster Volunteer Vehicles.
