Nagano Expressway Obasute Service Area (Out-bound Line) Parking Partial Use Restriction Notice

NEXCO EAST Nagano Management Office (Nagano City, Nagano Prefecture) will carry out pavement repair work for parking lots in the Nagano Expressway Retirement Service Area (“SA”) (Out-bound line).

During the construction period, we will restrict the use of the parking lot and carry out the construction, so it will cause inconvenience to our customers, but it is necessary to maintain a safe and comfortable environment on the Expressway. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

You can use the restrooms and commercial facilities (restaurants, shops, etc.) as usual.

Tuesday, July 12, 2016-early September 2016

*Construction will not be performed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, and from August 6, 2016 (Saturday) to August 18, 2016 (Thursday).
*If construction cannot be performed due to stormy weather, the construction period may be postponed.

3 Construction content

We will repair the damaged parking lot. During the construction period, divide the construction range ( Construction points (1) to (14) ) Construction will be carried out sequentially with continuous day and night restrictions.

4 Partial usage restrictions

• Limited use of parking lot
  ・Congestion is expected because the number of parking lots will be smaller than usual.
  ・When using the parking lot, we will inform you of the parking place by the guide/signboard.
  ・Details of restricted areas in the parking lot are as described in 3. Construction Details above.
• Partial usage restrictions on quick chargers for electric vehicles
