2 Detour etc.
The travel time from Hitachi Minamiota IC to Hitachi Chuo IC is about 10 minutes, but when traveling on a general road, the travel time is about 35 to 45 minutes. When you go out, please take time to go out. If you want to wait until the road is closed, please use Joban Expressway Tomobe SA (bottom), Tano PA (bottom), Tokai PA (bottom), Kita Kanto Expressway Kasama PA (to the east).

If you make a detour on National Route 6, Prefectural Route 36, or Hitachi Toll Road, it will take about 35 minutes. In addition, Hitachi Toll Road will incur a separate toll (100 yen or less for medium-sized vehicles, 150 yen for large vehicles, 300 yen for oversized vehicles). - Joban Expressway When detouring to Hitachi Kita IC
If you make a detour on Route 6, it will take about 45 minutes.
3 Transfer adjustment
For passengers who have flown out of the Expressway due to suspension of traffic and then bypass the suspension of traffic and transfer again in the same direction, we will carry out "transit adjustment" to adjust the toll according to the segment used. Please note that there is no transfer adjustment for toll charges on Hitachi Toll Road.
