NEXCO EAST introduced an electronic contract in April 2009.
We would like to inform you that we have decided to treat the electronic contract as Large and handle it as follows.
1 Target contract
Contracts for construction and surveys ordered by the head office and Regional Head Office
Depending on the contract price limit:

| Construction above the WTO standard amount (¥2.3 billion) | Use electronic contract. |
| We will use the electronic contract after discussing with the successful bidder and obtaining the consent of the supplier. |
Contract for goods ordered by the head office and Regional Head Office
Contracts for works, surveys, etc. ordered by the office
The contract selected by the contract manager will be discussed with the successful bidder, and if the consent of the supplier is obtained, the electronic contract will be used.
